The Directors Guild of America and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers have agreed on a media blackout as they begin their collective bargaining talks. At the same time, the Writers Guild has raised over a million dollars to help striking workers. The DGA negotiators are presenting proposals, which include a hike in international streaming residuals and an increase in scale minimums to account for inflation.
