Indonesia central bank holds rates as global uncertainties re-emerge
Inflatie
JAKARTA : Indonesia's central bank on Wednesday kept interest rates unchanged, as expected, saying the decision was consistent with its objective to keep inflation within its target range through to 2025. Bank Indonesia (BI) left the benchmark 7-day reverse repo rate at 6.00 per cent, as expected by the majority of economists polled by Reuters, following its surprise decision to cut rates last month. The central bank also kept the overnight deposit facility rate and lending facility rate at 5.
