Laurence Ball is a Professor of Economics at Johns Hopkins University and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He has previously visited a number of central banks, including the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, the Bank of Japan, the Bank of England, and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
