Homeowners at two new public housing estates in Singapore have reported missing items and broken locks at their flats during renovation works. Bicycle locks are commonly used to secure flats during renovations, as they are cheaper and allow contractors easy access. But at least six units across ParkView @ Bidadari and Hougang Citrine estates told CNA that they allegedly have had their locks tampered with over the last few months.
