India, Pakistan rule out bilateral talks at SCO summit

The relationship between the two nuclear-powered neighbors has been largely frozen since 2019 Both New Delhi and Islamabad have ruled out the possibility of holding bilateral discussions during the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit scheduled to be held in Pakistan next week.
