KARACHI, Pakistan Pakistan on Monday launched a fresh nationwide polio vaccination drive in an attempt to contain the crippling disease. Health Minister Mustafa Kamal inaugurated the drive—the third one this year—at a ceremony in the capital Islamabad, the Health Ministry said.
