Some 13.9 million Italians will take a trip over the long weekend created by the December 8 national holiday for the feast of the immaculate conception, according to a study by the Tecnè research institute for the Federalberghi hoteliers' association and released on Wednesday.     It said most will stay in Italy and will be away from home for an average of 4.2 days.     It said the long weekend will generate around 8.8 billion euros worth of business for the tourism sector.     ALL RIGHTS
