Homicide probe opened after damaged-heart-transplant boy dies

Naples prosecutors have opened an investigation into culpable homicide after a two-year-old boy who had a damaged heart transplanted into him in December died at the city's Monaldi hospital on Saturday.     The case has moved the entire nation.     Last week a committee of doctors from all over Italy had decided that the boy, whose name was Domenico, should not have another transplant, even though a donor organ had become available, because his condition had deteriorated too much.     The
