Italy is finalizing its twelfth military aid package to Ukraine, including munitions and Samp-T missiles for anti-aircraft defense, informed sources told Bloomberg Friday.     Italy, the US agency recalls, has already sent 11 other aid packages worth a total of between $2.5 and $3 billion, and recently expressed its willingness to participate in NATO's PUR mechanism to purchase US weapons with European funds.     The package could be ready by the end of the year, the sources explain.     ALL
