The celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the Italian Republic took place in the Grand Hall of the Twin Towers in Conakry, attended by over 250 guests.     As a testament to the importance the Guinean authorities attach to relations with Italy, the event was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Morissanda Kouyaté, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ismaël Nabé, Minister of Energy Laye Sekou Camara, and Minister and Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister Daouda Kamissoko.
