OMV Petrom begins the execution of its first major photovoltaic project

OMV Petrom, the largest integrated energy producer in Southeast Europe, has signed an EPCC contract – Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning – for the Ișalnița project. The contract includes the construction of the photovoltaic park, a 110 kV electrical station for grid connection, as well as their operation and maintenance for a period of 2 years after commissioning. The contract was awarded to a consortium of Romanian companies Actual Connect S.R.L., Global Technical Systems S.
