Ljubljana, 1 July - Prices at the pump increased on Tuesday even though the government cut excise duties on diesel and heating oil in a bid to keep them in check. Regular petrol now costs two cents more at EUR 1,465 per litre, while diesel went up by four cents to EUR 1,498.
