Ljubljana, 27 May - The shareholders of the energy group Petrol endorsed on Tuesday the management's proposal for EUR 86.3 million out of the EUR 86.6 million in distributable profit to be paid out as dividends. Gross dividend will amount to EUR 2.10 apiece. On the occasion, the shareholders were critical of the low margins regulated by the state.
