Netflix has announced the fate of its latest real estate offering, Owning Manhattan. Focussing on Ryan Serhant's New York City firm SERHANT and its ambitious staff members, this Selling Sunset -adjacent show debuted on the streamer just two months ago and went on to be viewed over 8.5 million hours in its first week.
