Studium Green, a Cluj-Napoca–based real estate developer owned by entrepreneur Dorin Bob, has completed the sale of several plots of land in Jilava to Altex Group and mömax, the furniture and home décor retailer part of Austria’s XXXLutz group. The land will be integrated into a larger site owned by Altex, forming the foundation for the largest retail park in southern Bucharest. The total value of the transactions completed by Studium Green with Altex Group and mömax exceeds EUR 17 million.
