Toronto home sales increased in July as prices continue steady decline

Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area rose 10.9 per cent in July compared to a year earlier as 6,100 properties changed hands. It was the most activity recorded in the month since 2021, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
