Ljubljana, 14 February - Dnevnik rejects in Friday's commentary the opposition Democratic Party's arguments for a referendum against an act granting a special pension bonus for deserving artists, saying this will be the only referendum in Slovenia's history about a piece of legislation affecting so few people and having so little financial and social consequences.
