Ljubljana, 7 May - The newspaper Dnevnik reflects on the opposition Democratic Party's (SDS) latest referendum "manoeuvre" to file a proposal to annul the 1974 law on special pension allowances, finding that although it cannot have a serious effect as such it will have consequences.
