Ljubljana, 17 January - The Freedom Movement MPs have tabled a proposal to amend the constitution to introduce preferential voting in general elections. There is enough time to adopt the changes during the current National Assembly term, the MPs said, adding that it is their duty to follow the will expressed by the voters in the relevant referendum.
