A man who allegedly raped a child in France has been arrested in Liverpool, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said. Sri Lankan national Sujanth Ketheeswararasa, 30, was detained by officers from the NCA’s National Extradition Unit in Liverpool city centre on Wednesday after an investigation traced him there.
