A power outage has affected the entire nation of Cuba after the nationwide electrical system collapsed. The "unexpected" outage follows a fault at the Antonio Guiteras Thermoelectric Plant, located in Matanzas. It is the third collapse of the National Electric System (SEN) in less than two months.
