'Pace of change' under Labour led to by-election loss, minister claims
Cabinet Office Minister Nick Thomas-Symonds has told Sky News that the "pace of change" under Labour led to the collapse of his party's vote in Caerphilly. Its candidate received 3,713 votes, and finished in third place. #skynews #wales #politics #uk SUBSCRIBE to our YouTube channel for more videos: http://www.youtube.com/skynews Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.
