The European Union has given preliminary approval for a loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine. In addition, the bloc has decided on another EU sanctions package to be imposed on the Russian Federation. Ambassadors of EU member states have agreed to grant Ukraine a loan worth 90 billion dollars.
