The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that Andrea Cavallari has assumed the post of Italian Ambassador to Oslo.     Born in Milan on October 29, 1961, after earning a diploma in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1983 and a Maitrise in International Economics from the Université de Paris-Dauphine in 1984, he received his degree in Political Science from the University of Pavia in 1985. Following a competitive examination, he entered the diplomatic
