On December 17, a presentation of the study "Employee Participation in Corporate Governance Using the Example of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" will be held in Kyiv. It analyzes why employees do not have a voice in the supervisory board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and how this state of affairs correlates with international experience. The authors argue how the inclusion of employees in corporate governance can strengthen social dialogue and transparency in property management.
