Vandal Daniel Graham, who was one of two men convicted of felling the Sycamore Gap tree , is set to remain in jail until next year after his partner in the crime that shocked Britain walked free. Graham, 40, received the same four-year and three-month sentence as his co-accused, Adam Carruthers, 33, last April. Carruthers cut down the tree because he wanted a 'trophy' for his newborn child.
