Retired District Court Judge Joseph Ben-Hamo has been tapped by Justice Minister Yariv Levin as his candidate to oversee the investigation into former Military Advocate General Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi's leak of the Sde Teiman video, Levin's office announced on Tuesday night.The minister's announcement came shortly after the High Court of Justice ruled that Levin's original nominee - retired judge and Judicial Complaints Investigator and retired judge Asher Kula - could not assume the role.
