During a meeting in the Oval Office, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte credited President Donald Trump, who's frequently lashed out at the alliance, for compelling members to boost their defense spending. At one point, Rutte even stood up to present a chart labeled the “Trump Trillion." But in a gaggle with the press after, Rutte declined to say if he agreed with Trump that Iran should have ballistic missiles. CNN's Kaitlan Collins reports.
