Italian cuisine between health, culture and innovation. This is the theme of the event organized by Ice in New York as part of the Italian Cuisine Week in the World, the annual initiative, now in its tenth edition, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to celebrate Italian cuisine and agri-food products abroad.     'Italian Cuisine: Health, Innovation, Culture' takes place today at the Keste' restaurant on Wall Street, in collaboration with the Italian Academy of Cuisine and the
