The Defence Secretary addresses the House of Commons. Earlier today, British spy planes and ships supported the US in its operation to seize a Russian-flagged oil tanker in Icelandic waters. The Marinera, previously named Bella 1, was sailing off the UK coast on Wednesday when it was intercepted by the US Coast Guard and special forces following a two-week pursuit.
