April 21 (UPI) -- Mexican authorities have identified Julio César Jasso Ramírez as the man who opened fire Monday at the Teotihuacan pyramids, killing one woman and himself. Thirteen others were either shot or injured in the chaos. The investigation into the motive and possible security failures continues after the attack about 30 miles northeast of Mexico City.
