Three years after Russia destroyed the Kakhovka Dam, the occupied town of Oleshky – once home to more than 24,000 people – remains cut off and deteriorating. In the latest episode of Ukraine This Week, war crimes reporter Danylo Mokryk says the evidence of genocidal intent is already there – but world leaders won’t use the word because doing so would force them to intervene.
