This week has been one of the most stable and least major news-worthy in months. Admittedly, the benchmark for what constitutes a major news event in a giant conventional war with one million soldiers on each side is pretty high. But as always, plenty has happened. Most all of it is in the category of “more information about processes already in progress.” The general trend is, if you are objective, it looks like Russia certainly is losing, and Ukraine just may be winning.
