CBGB Festival is headed back to New York City for another edition this fall. Artists on the bill include Morrissey , Patti Smith , Interpol , Sex Pistols , Bikini Kill , Mannequin Pussy , Buzzcocks , and Militarie Gun . Sleater-Kinney and Fred Armisen will also perform with their Ramones tribute band, the Return of Jackie and Judy. Check out the full lineup below.
