Built in 1926, the 100-year-old Hollywood Hills home will list later this week for $2.3 million, sources said. The three-bedroom, four-bath home is magical and fit for a creative type, said Douglas Elliman’s Alexandre Anu, who shares the listing with fellow Elliman broker Dag Eliasion. It’s where Wainwright — known in part for the way he sings the
