Each year on March 31, the world observes International Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) , a day dedicated to transgender and gender-diverse people. Rather than being a day about loss or mourning, it's a moment of celebration, of those living openly, authentically, and proudly. Girlguiding recently announced that members who identify as female but whose birth sex is male must leave the organisation by early September.
