Wizz Air announced that it will resume flights to and from Tel Aviv starting May 28, restoring connections between Israel and a number of European destinations after a suspension linked to regional security concerns. The airline, which says it remains the largest carrier by market share in Bulgaria, stated that the decision follows updated guidance from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency and came after ongoing coordination with aviation authorities, local officials, and security services.
