ISTANBUL A Floating Storage and Regasification Unit ( FSRU ) owned by Turkish Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAŞ) will operate overseas for the first time under an agreement with Egypt's state energy firm EGAS, Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar has said.
