Elisabeth is a Senior Economist in the Prices and Costs Division of the European Central Bank. She has worked in various expert groups within the European System of Central Banks on digitalisation and the Price-setting Microdata Analysis Network (PRISMA). Her research focus is on micro prices, inflation measurement and analysis; she has published in peer-reviewed journals and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Munich.
