Eugenia Andreasen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Chile since 2020 and a member of the Monetary Policy Group (GPM). She received her Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Economics from the European University Institute in Italy. Her research interests are primarily in macroeconomics and international finance, with a special focus on sovereign default, capital controls, and macroprudential policy.
