Geoffroy Dolphin is Head of Climate Research at Oxford Economics in London and an Associate Researcher with the Energy Policy Research Group at the University of Cambridge. Previously, I was a climate economist in the European Department of the International Monetary Fund and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Resources for the Future in Washington, DC.
