Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Ohio State University celebrated the 60th birthday of its mascot, Brutus Buckeye, by breaking the Guinness World Record for the most conical party hats worn at a single event. The school gathered 1,923 people to don party hats Wednesday at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center on campus.
