The second edition of the international symposium “World’s Best Cities” was held under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Helsinki, which included the event as part of the 2026 Sustainable Development Festival promoted by ASviS.        Smart cities, innovation, the green transition, and urban quality of life were the central themes of the initiative, promoted by the Finnish Association of Local and Regional Authorities, the Kuntasaatio Foundation, and the Mdi think tank, which brought
