Through the module, students develop an understanding of career and employability theories, research on the future of work, sustainability, and the impact of equality, diversity and inclusion in the modern workplace. Central to the module is a 70-hour placement, secured by students with support from the module teaching team and the wider UCL Careers team. Support includes workshops and one-to-one guidance on purposeful networking, uncovering hidden job opportunities and articulating your skills
