Brits have been urged to prepare essentials after a new yellow weather warning for rain was issued. The warning has been put in place for the southwest , as rain continues to pound the region. Affected regions include: parts of the southeast, most of the southwest and parts of southern Wales. The warning is in place from 12pm tomorrow, until midnight. "Bands of rain and heavy showers" are expected and will "move east across southern parts of England and Wales during Monday afternoon and evening"
