The FILIA Center, together with the Coalition for Gender Equality, is sounding a new alarm on free and universal access to contraception, emergency contraception and protection after the Government did not allocate the necessary funds for these in the 2024 budget. Through “Only on Paper”, a pro-bono campaign of the communication agency DDB, the initiators want to convince the authorities to allocate the necessary funds to implement the plan that provides Romanians with free and universal access
