To mark International Women’s Day, the Director General of the European Union Military Staff (EUMS) and Director of the Military Planning and Conduct Capability (MPCC), Lieutenant General Michiel van der Laan, hosted a Women’s Lunch together with the female members of both the EUMS and MPCC. The event provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the valuable contributions of women serving within the two organisations and also to acknowledge the important topic of Women, Peace and Security
