Petrol drivers hit with 16p per mile charges in February as new scheme kicks in

Petrol motorists are confronting charges of 16p-per-mile. The latest RAC data shows that average forecourt prices across the UK currently stand at 131.9p per litre for unleaded and 140.7p for diesel. By early February, petrol prices had fallen by 3p over the past month, with diesel experiencing an identical decrease.
