ASEAN foreign ministers set to meet in Malaysia amid US trade tensions

ASEAN foreign ministers are set to meet for talks with key dialogue partners in Kuala Lumpur this week. Trade issues are likely to dominate the discussions, as the summit comes on the heels of US President Donald Trump sending letters to more than a dozen countries, threatening to re-impose rates first announced in April.
