Long before Meadow Lane , there was Dean & DeLuca — a luxury boutique grocer that first launched in Soho on Prince Street in 1977. While its US stores are long gone following a bankruptcy in 2020, house hunters can get a taste of co-founder Giorgio DeLuca’s lifestyle now that his Hudson Square penthouse duplex is back on the market — asking $25,000 a month. It’s only the second time that the aerie, at 40 Renwick St., has been on the market for rent since the building converted to co-ops in 1994.
